Our flat roof wasn’t leaking, but the flashing was buckling, indicating a problem. Alexim came to remove the old surface and re-do the roof. We discovered moldy and soggy plywood underneath the surface and poor insulation.
With the help of Alexim, we now have a secure, waterproof, well-insulated flat roof with no danger of leaking. Hopefully our heating and cooling bills will also be reduced as a result of the improved single-ply TPO membrane and insulation. Whenever speaking to Alex by phone to make arrangements, they were always cheerful and extremely helpful. Alex and his team were very accommodating and professional. They paid much attention to detail and helped us to find better solution to insulate the roof. They came as promised and clearly took pride in the job they did, which was completed in a timely fashion. We would not hesitate to recommend Alexim to our friends
