Our flat roof wasn’t leaking, but the flashing was buckling, indicating a problem. Alexim came to remove the old surface and re-do the roof. We discovered moldy and soggy plywood underneath the surface and poor insulation.
With the help of Alexim, we now have a secure, waterproof, well-insulated flat roof with no danger of leaking.
